April 2015 - Excavation and the wettest April in 26 years!

STARTING OUR BUILD:

Commenced Tuesday 28/4/15 (after 15 days ordering period)

About 2 days excavation work to get to this stage in the wettest April in 26 years!

The girls think this would be Peppa Pig's dream house with muddy puddles.

 Deeper pockets are the lower sections of slab for the patio step down and garage step down

 This shows the high side which may need a low retaining wall (and a new fence!)

This shows the low side which will be built up with substantial drop edge beams
